Warranty Service

Tianguang Alabaster Lighting provides warranty support for eligible lighting fixtures used under normal indoor residential conditions unless a product page states a different warranty.

Coverage

Eligible manufacturing defects in electrical components, structural hardware or fixture assembly are covered for 2 years from delivery. Natural variation in alabaster veining, tone, translucency and texture is part of the material and is not considered a defect.

What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage does not include incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, commercial wear, incompatible bulbs, power supply issues, water exposure on non-rated fixtures, accidental damage, cleaning damage or normal aging of finishes.

How to Request Service

Email your order number, photos or video of the issue, installation context and a short description. We may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance or another reasonable remedy after review.
