Shipping policy

Tianguang Alabaster Lighting ships lighting orders with careful packing because alabaster and natural stone fixtures need more protection than ordinary decor items. The notes below explain how shipping works before and after dispatch.

Shipping Area and Cost

Standard shipping to the contiguous United States is free unless a product page, custom quote or checkout message states otherwise. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, remote addresses and freight-restricted locations may require a separate shipping quote before fulfillment.

Processing and Production

In-stock orders usually need 2 to 5 business days for order review, packing and carrier handoff. Made-to-order, oversized and custom lighting may require additional production time; we confirm important timing details by email when needed.

Transit and Tracking

Transit time depends on fixture size, warehouse location, carrier routing and final destination. After dispatch, tracking or delivery appointment details are sent by email when available. Large fixtures may ship by parcel, freight or scheduled delivery service.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect the outer carton and the fixture promptly after delivery. If there is visible damage, missing parts or a wrong item, keep the packaging and contact us with photos within 7 days so we can review the case with the carrier and support team.
