Refund policy

We want each fixture to arrive as described and suitable for the space you are planning. Because lighting can be fragile, oversized or made to order, returns must be reviewed and authorized before anything is sent back.

Return Window

For standard, unused items, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be uninstalled, unused, complete with accessories and packed securely in the original or equivalent protective packaging.

Damage, Defects or Wrong Items

For transit damage, manufacturing defects, missing parts or a wrong item, email photos, order number and a short description within 7 days of delivery. We will review the case and may offer replacement parts, a replacement fixture, repair support or a refund depending on the situation.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom dimensions, custom finishes, project-specific orders and made-to-order fixtures cannot be returned for preference changes after production begins unless there is a confirmed quality issue or fulfillment error.

Return Authorization and Refunds

Do not send products back without written return authorization. The return address may differ from our registered office and will be provided after approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping upgrades and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
