Refund policy

Please read this policy before placing an order, especially for oversized, fragile, custom or installation-related lighting products.

Return Window

Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after this window may not be accepted.

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in writing before any product is sent back. Do not ship any item back without written authorization and return instructions from Tianguang Alabaster Lighting.

Eligible Standard Items

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, complete with accessories and manuals where applicable, in original condition and safely packed for return transit.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund for change of mind, size preference, color preference, project changes or details confirmed before shipment. If a custom product arrives damaged, defective, materially incorrect or has a verified manufacturing quality issue, we will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, delivery date, clear photos or videos, packaging photos and a short description of the issue.

Return Handling Address

Approved returns may be sent to our Guangdong operations and return handling address: Room 595, Hongyu Youth Apartment, Lighting Four Seasons Plaza, Guzhen Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. This is separate from our Hong Kong registered business address. Do not send products back without written authorization and return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If the issue is confirmed as our quality, fulfillment or shipping-damage issue, we will confirm the appropriate return shipping, replacement, repair or refund solution during the claim review. If a non-quality return is approved as an exception, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, safe packaging and any loss or damage during return transit.

Refund Timing

After an approved returned item is received and inspected, or after a refund is otherwise approved, refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
