Tianguang Alabaster Lighting accepts payments through the secure checkout options shown at the time of purchase. Available methods may vary by country, device and payment provider.

Online Checkout

Standard orders should be paid through the Shopify checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our site. Payment processing is handled by authorized payment providers.

Custom Orders

For custom, oversized or project orders, we may confirm a deposit, balance payment or shipping upgrade by email before production or dispatch. Any custom payment arrangement should be documented in writing.

Order Review

Orders may be reviewed for payment confirmation, stock availability, address issues or fraud prevention. If we need more information, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
